    The Hells Canyon Bighorn Sheep Initiative is administered by the Hells Canyon Bighorn Sheep Restoration Committee. The committee is composed of state and federal agencies and the Wild Sheep Foundation, each of which provide an administrative (A) and technical (T) committee member.
